Return conditions
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened fragrance products are eligible where faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a return
- Contact us with your order number, purchase email, reason and a description of the item’s condition.
- Wait for the return address and transport instructions. Do not send goods to a manufacturer or an address printed on packaging without confirmation.
- Pack the item securely and keep your posting receipt and tracking reference.
Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the item, packaging and delivery label, and contact us promptly. We may ask for photographs to help assess the issue and agree a remedy.
Return costs and refunds
Before you return an item, we will confirm eligibility, return postage responsibility, any original delivery fee adjustment and the expected processing time. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; the time funds take to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. Do not send a parcel before receiving instructions.
