Which format should I choose?
Start with incense for a room ritual, or explore oil and balm for a more concentrated scent format. Read our Scent Guide for methods, accessories and care.
Does every product need a flame?
No. Incense is burned, while oils and balms have their own intended methods. A flame-free method is not automatically suitable for every oil, balm or diffuser: follow the product label and equipment instructions.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED), as indicated beside the amount. Switching العربية / English / 中文 changes the language and keeps your bag; it does not convert the currency.
Which payment methods can I use?
Only methods available at checkout can be used. If online payment is unavailable, please contact us before arranging a purchase. Never send card details through the contact form.
Do you deliver to the UAE?
The UAE is our delivery destination. See Delivery for charges and availability. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
How do I follow up on an order?

Will the scent be identical every time?
Natural materials, storage, room size and the way a product is used can affect the scent. Compare products under similar conditions and follow the directions for each format.
