A scent ritual that fits your day
Choose the way you want to enjoy fragrance first. A quiet room ritual, a flame-free scent experience and a compact aromatic format call for different products and accessories.
Choose by format
Stick incense
A simple room ritual with a suitable holder and ash tray.
Coil incense
A continuous coil needs a dedicated support that catches ash and keeps the burning part clear.
Agarwood chips
For a compatible heater or burner; the heat source changes the experience.
Agarwood oil
A flowing concentrated aromatic format. Use only with a suitable scent carrier or a method confirmed by the label.
Aromatic balm
A denser format for a small, close-up scent ritual. Follow the label for the intended use.
Flame-free diffuser
Choose the device and its compatible fragrance together; not every oil or balm can be used in every diffuser.
Lighting stick incense
Place the holder on a stable, non-combustible surface away from curtains and draughts. Fit the incense securely, light its tip, then gently extinguish the flame so the tip glows. Make sure ash falls into the tray. Use a small amount initially with ventilation. Extinguish fully when finished and wait until cold before handling ash.
Using coils and chips
Use a support designed for the coil’s size; do not force or bend it. For chips, follow the heater or burner maker’s loading and temperature instructions. Electric heaters become hot even without a flame. Do not put oils or balm onto charcoal or a heater unless both product and equipment instructions permit it.
Exploring oil and balm
Read the ingredient and use information first. Begin with a small amount on a dedicated scent carrier where the label permits. Keep the container clean and close it after use. Do not assume a concentrated oil or balm is ready for skin application, suitable for a water diffuser or intended for inhalation treatment. Never ingest it.
How to compare scents
Try one fragrance at a time in a ventilated space. Notice the first impression, the scent during use and the lingering room aroma. Let the room air between comparisons. Room size, temperature, ventilation and quantity all change the result; a stronger dose is not necessarily a better experience.
Finding your accessories
For sticks: a stable holder and non-combustible ash tray. For coils: a matching coil support. For chips: a suitable heater or burner with its required accessories. For oils and balm: only the carrier or device specified for that product. Check whether accessories are included on the product page.
Storage and care
Keep the original container closed, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong surrounding odours. Handle dry incense gently. Let burners cool completely before cleaning, and follow their instructions. Retain the label so you can check directions and batch details.
Everyday questions
No smoke at all? Choose a product explicitly intended for flame-free use and confirm whether its device also uses heat. Scent too strong? Stop, ventilate and use less next time. New to incense? Start with a short, supervised session. A coil or chip method is not interchangeable with stick incense.
Use with care
Never leave burning incense or a hot heater unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Ventilate the room and stop use if you feel irritation or discomfort. Fragrance is for enjoyment and is not a medical treatment.
